A group of interested lawyers and members of the public joined two noted Brooklyn attorneys Monday night for a brief primer on consumer debt and bankruptcy.
One survey that was reported on television (so it must be true) claimed that members of Congress are now even less popular than lawyers.
The final Distinguished Service Award was presented to elder law attorney Fern Finkel. “This lady does things in the service sector that you cannot imagine,” Napoletano said.
Barrister Finkel, who heads the Foundation Law Committee, will serve that night as program organizer and moderator when members of the public are invited to hear from experts on how they can “plan ahead” on Elder Law challenges.
